  • We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure your preferred date, location, and theme are available. For weekend bookings or special occasions like proposals and birthdays, booking 2 weeks ahead is ideal.

  • We set up at most public parks, open green spaces, and private venues across Rockwal including Harry Myers Park, Emerald Bay Park, Lakeside Park South, and Northshore Park. If you have a specific spot in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.

  • We monitor the weather closely leading up to your event. If conditions look unfavorable, we'll work with you to reschedule to a nearby date at no extra charge. Your comfort and experience always come first.

  • Most of our picnic packages are set up for a 2-hour experience. Need more time? Extended hours are available as an add-on. Just mention it when booking and we'll customize the package for you.

  • Not at all! Cleanup is fully handled by our team. Once your experience is over, we return to pack everything up and leave the space just as we found it. You simply relax and enjoy every last moment.

  • Every setup includes a styled picnic layout with blankets, cushions, low tables, themed décor, place settings, and tableware plus full setup and breakdown. Add-ons and custom themes are available on request.

  • You have the option to have food catered from your favorite restaurant, and we’ll have it beautifully arranged and ready for you when you arrive.
